Toyota have issued 3 new recalls which
covers a total of 1.67 million vehicles. The largest of the recalls is in
Japan. The problem is with the brake systems of certain Majesta, Noah
and Voxy models. It is also reported that in some cases the issue could cause degrading of the brake performance.
The second recall is in the United States for Lexus models
between the years 2005 to 2010. The issue with these models is a faulty fuel
delivery pipe that could increase the risk of a fire.
The third recall is in Japan and involves the Corolla Rumion
and Auris models with a faulty evaporative emission control unit.
In all cases, Toyota has reported that they are not aware of
any incidents, fatalities or accidents due to the issues found.
